The benefits are superior cost and time reductions for product development and short series production. But identification of candidates suitable for FIM is a complex (manual) process due to lack of methodology and tools. The project objective is to develop methodologies and tools to support (automated) identification of FIM candidates.

1,9 mio. Bakterier i biofilm er indkapslet i en beskyttende matrix, og de tåler derfor biocider og antibiotika. Formålet med dette projekt er at udvikle en high-throughput screenings-platform til identifikation af enzymkombinationer som nedbryder biofilm. Samtidig opnås viden om hvilke makromolekyler der beskytter bakterierne mod biocider. Projektet vil give både ny viden om biofilms sammensætning, og tage det første skridt mod udvikling af biocid-frie enzymbaserede løsninger til biofilm kontrol.

Udvikling af en proces og metoder til at lave sådanne simuleringer vil muliggøre hurtig udvikling af innovative og pålidelige devices, hvilket kommer patienterne til gode.

Today most payload data is processed manually by highly specialised operators, which in the long term is neither scalable nor feasible. A demand for more intelligent methods to optimise and automate the processing of such data therefore exists. This project seeks to explore how this can be facilitated through investigations and expansion of AI methodologies utilised in adjacent research fields.

2,6 mio. Enzymer introducerer biologiske ressourcer i en vifte af industrielle- og forbruger-applikationer, med store miljømæssige fordele. Industrielle enzymer skabes ved at screene mange varianter af naturlige enzymer. Vi vil udvikle ’high-content’ screening, baseret på mikroskopi, så både den overordnede applikations-proces, f.eks. pletfjernelse fra tøj, samt de underliggende molekylære processer som enzym binding og katalyse, probes samtidigt. Herved kan optimerede enzymer mere effektivt findes.

Today’s building protection systems are designed to cover events at a high level of vibration, leaving events at medium to low vibration levels unprotected. DAMPTECH wants to develop a Multi-Level Damper (MLD) system that protects structures against the full spectrum of vibrations from natural disasters. 906.875 Evaxion Biotech udvikler en multi-komponent protein vaccine mod Pseudomonas aeruginosa (P.a) infektioner i cystisk fibrose (CF) ved brug af kunstig intelligence. For at designe den optimale vaccine vil vi dette projekt skabe en høj kvalitets biobank af P.a. isolater fra CF patienter, med både geografisk spredning for at sikre høj effekt af den endelige vaccine, og isolater fra forskellige stadiger af infektion for a vælge den korrekt patient gruppe til klinisk afprøvning.
