Samtidig reduceres kostprisen og udviklingstiden for nye flowmålere markant. Dette opnås gennem numerisk fluiddynamik, optimeringsmetoder og kvantificering af usikkerheder, med henblik på at kunne udvikle optimerede flowmålere hurtigere.

Projektets overordnede mål et at udvikle den nødvendige baggrundsviden til implementering af Seaborg Technologies (ST) patenterede moderator – smeltet natriumhydroxid (NaOH) - til en kompakt smeltet salt atomreaktor på kommerciel skala. NaoH kan være ekstremt korrosivt, og projektet sigter mod at inddæmme korrosionen ved en kombination af materialevalg (eventuelt coatings) og atmosfærekontrol. En sådan materiale/kemi løsning vil give ST en unik position på markedet for kompakte reaktorer.

14.6 mill. As the human population surges towards 10 billion, the production and consumption of aquaculture products such as fish is expanding. Efficient and environmentally sustainable practices are therefore required to ensure long-term food security. To solve these challenges, attractive solutions include developing new feed ingredients and better broodstock genetics to improve fish production and welfare. Intriguingly, it has been shown that both feed and host genetics can modulate the microbiome of animals and thus influence its integral connection to host phenotype. The ambitious aim of ImprovAFish is to decipher the intimate functional coupling along the feedmicrobiome-host axis in an applied context, with the emphasis on a promising ‘next generation’ functional feed ingredient (beta-mannan) that is known to promote beneficial microbiota in production animals, including promising preliminary data in fish.

2.1 mill. AquaTime is a new IoT-enabled solution to monitor and motivate elderly people and provide an overview for caretakers of the hydration status of elderly citizens. The solution is aimed at the public healthcare sector.
The objective of this project is to define, develop and test a specific version of AquaTime that fulfils most wishes and requirements of the eldercare sector in Extremadura, Spain.
The developed solution will be able to assist all types of end-users (elderly citizens, caretakers and public decision makers) to reduce the number of elderly citizens that suffer from dehydration, and thereby provide a sustainable smart solution for aging well. The economic efficacy of the developed solution will be shown via a business case.
The project is done in cooperation between two Danish SMEs, one Portuguese SME and one end-user organisation in Spain.

- A set of 3-4 monoclonal antibodies specific for HBV major allergens that can be used as therapeutics for passive venom immunotherapy (VIT).
- A cocktail of 10-15 monoclonal IgE antibodies that can be used as a novel artificial in-house serum reference for release of HBV allergy products
