Our solution is a web-based PaaS platform that unifies maritime individuals, companies & schools, combining 3 core elements: CENTRALIZED TALENT DATABASE, AI-POWERED ANALYTICS & GAMIFIED ENGAGEMENT SYSTEM. This should work through powerful network effects, i.e., more users, more value. Maritime individuals stay engaged through platform activities (learning/mentorship/reviews), while employers access rich analytics (performance, certifications, availability etc) for better talent identification.
By centralizing fragmented data & creating engagement loops, we build next-generation maritime talent pipeline addressing both quantity & diversity. Freemium model ensures accessibility while generating revenue, positioning it as the essential platform for maritime workforce development & industry intelligence.

760.000 Microbial water contamination remains one of the most severe global health challenges. In many regions, water is stored in household tanks, exacerbating contamination, while existing purification solutions are costly, energy-intensive, or impractical. We have developed a self-contained, low-cost device for electrochemical disinfection of stored water directly inside household tanks (50–5000 L), without system modifications. Unlike RO filters or UV systems, our solution treats all household water, not only drinking water, and can be powered by solar, battery, or grid. It is more than 100 times less energy-intensive than boiling and is expected to retail at less than one-third the price of combined water purifiers.
The solution adapts a powerful, well-established purification technique for household use through carefully engineered sensors and hardware making it safe, robust, and affordable.
Our primary focus is drinking water disinfection in low-income countries, with India as the pilot market. Demand was validated through market analysis, field trips, interviews with 20+ users, and prototype testing in seven households. While RO systems dominate the market, their high cost, consumables, and limited throughput exclude many users. We address this with a cheaper, more robust, and easily applicable solution. An Innofounder program will enable full-time execution, reduce technology and market risk, finalize an MVP, and position the company for VC funding or strategic partnership
