National Danish call conditions
The application will be evaluated by the national funding agencies of the partners participating in the project. IFD will prioritize its funding to projects which,
- there must be at least one Danish industrial participant
- demonstrate a clear benefit of the international cooperation to the Danish partners
- having a significant impact on knowledge based growth and employment in Denmark
- impact on green transition as outlined
- Any subcontracting must be clearly described in the application. IFD does not fund subcontracting outside of Denmark.
- the activities funded by IFD must be conducted in Denmark
Danish evaluation criteria:
IFD’s three overall decision criteria are:
- Quality of the idea – the quality of the research and innovation
- Impact – value creation during and after the project – in particular in Denmark
- Quality of execution – efficiency in the project execution and the implementation of the results
Particular importance should be paid to describing the projects quantified contribution (as far as possible) to the reduction of CO2 equivalents / greenhouse gas emission - both in Denmark and globally. The value creation in the project should not only be understood as monetary value, but may also encompass e.g. improved quality of life, nature conservation / recovery, increased biodiversity, cleaner environment etc. It is the applicant's responsibility to explain and account for the different types of value creation.
