Water4All - EU Partnership

The co-funded EU Partnership programme Water4All is a cooperation between 34 national funding agencies and the EU-Commission to support research and innovation projects aimed at providing a better understanding hydrological processes at a different scale, in order to respond more efficiently to emerging water issues related to extreme events.

Hvem?

IFD can fund Danish academic and non-academic partners including public utilities companies and municipalities contributing as partners in the project. In order to achieve a higher degree of impact in Denmark, Danish partners are recommended to include both Danish academic and non-academic partners. However IFD can also fund projects with only one Danish partner. Project evaluation and a suggested ranking list is organized by the call secretariat. IFD follows the final ranking list as decided by the participating funding agencies. If two projects with Danish partners are ranked equality high, IFD will in the funding discussion prioritize applications where the impact in terms of value creation, academic and societal impact in Denmark is highest.

Hvad?

IFD can fund all types of organisations participating in the call provided they complies with the EU Commission Block Exemption regulation for state aid (GBER). Funding rates for each type of partner can be seen in “Guidelines for International projects funded by IFD”.

Hvor meget?

Maximum funding per Danish partner is €300.000 including overhead if applicable. If two or more Danish partners participate in a project the maximum funding budget for all Danish partners is €500.000 including overhead if applicable.
