The innovation fund's board has set up five Grand Solutions committees, each with its own thematic focus, including the Grand Solutions committee for new technologies and artificial intelligence, which consists of 18 members including a chairperson.
The committee is composed of nine impact experts who have the skills to assess the commercial and strategic potential of Grand Solutions' applications for Denmark and nine international established researchers who have the skills to assess the quality of the applications' research and innovation at an international level.

The subject areas reflect the political priorities under which Innovation Fund Denmark distributes funds, and which are decided annually in connection with the adoption of the annual Finance Act.
