IMPACT aims to enhance the therapeutic potential of adipose-derived stromal cell (ASC) by refining the understanding and application of an off-the-shelf, allogeneic ASC product for immunomodulatory clinical use. The objectives include generation of high-quality cell products, developing assays to explore and predict the therapeutic potential of ASC, and uncovering the full potential of cell therapy through manufacturing, clinical testing, and innovation. The project involves a multicenter clinical trial, personalized medicine, innovation, and utilizes state-of-the-art production technology. The project addresses knowledge gaps in quantifying differences in ASC functionalities and relationship to clinical effects, an essential prerequisite for progression of ASC-based cell therapy to pivotal trial and commercialization. It focuses on the potential of ASC for treating non-ischemic heart failure and explores advancements in administration. Comprehensive data integration provides understanding of the interplay between cell product and patient, potentially leading to novel identification of mechanisms of action, tailored cell therapies, innovation, and recommendations for future directions. IMPACT will facilitate translation of research into clinical practice. A team of experts with extensive experience in producing therapeutic cell products and conducting clinical trials, will ensure scientific integrity, and the prospect of making an IMPACT by advancing ASC therapy.

Dette projekt sigter mod at forbedre designet og robustheden af flydende offshore vindmøller (FOWTs) ved at undersøge udfordringer forbundet med slamming-last. Forskningen fokuserer på tre primære spørgsmål: tilpasningen af trykimpulsbaserede slamming-modeller til store, bevægelige FOWTs med komplekse geometriske former: i hvilket omfang slamming-belastninger aktiverer det fleksible respons af FOWT-substrukturer: og konsekvenserne af slamming i forhold til designlaster.

3DCP Group er i færd med at skrive manualen for 3D-printet byggeri. Der findes nemlig endnu ikke et katalog med standardløsninger for denne byggemetode, byggeriet skal altså tænkes helt forfra - og derfor skal normer og metoder undersøges, udfordres og udvikles med teknologiens muligheder for øje. Potentialet i teknologien er enorm: den åbner for muligheden for at bygge hurtigere, bedre, billigere og mere bæredygtige boliger - samtidig med at det tunge og repetitive arbejde udføres af en robot og ikke af mennesker. Således skal vi i fremtiden bygge med vores hoveder og ikke med vores hænder. Vi kan med 3D-print teknologien optimere på vores resourceforbrug ved at anlægge fint-doseret materiale med millimeter præcision, for på den måde at anvende væsentlig mindre af det - uden at gå på kompromis med kvaliteten. Vores mission og ultimative ambition er at gøre boligejerskab tilgængelig for alle, dette håber vi på at opnå ved at nedbringe prisen på byggefasen med mere end 50%, sammenlignet med traditionelt byggeri over en 10 årig periode.
