The aim is to develop an integrated technology for organic waste treatment resulting in significantly lower carbon footprint approximately 1-2 kg eq. of CO2 for proteinous feed production by biological methanation, nutrient recovery and single cell protein (SCP) production for animal feed. This will be achieved by addressing three objectives:
1) Technical: Electrochemical N and P recovery from digestate, and systems analysis of the proposed technology for the process.
2) Social: By accepting to collaborate in the development and acceptance of PROFIT the agricultural sector becomes part of the community. In this respect, PROFIT contributes to the social dimension of sustainability, since it provides new opportunities to the agricultural sector, namely its involvement in the co-creation of a product that benefits the economy and the environment.
3) Economic: the sustainability and economic feasibility of PROFIT will be evaluated using life cycle, techno-economic assessment and market penetration actions at each level of development.

1.1 mill. Silkroad Studios is a game development company that is creating commercial video games for social impact. We want to employ the rising entertainment medium to address societal issues that our players are concerned with.
We are targeting popular platforms, PC and consoles, while addressing a global market through digital distribution and marketing. Our first product is planned to be released in 2025 when we will move on to the next projects that address different aspects of societal concerns.
Project Foxtale is our first video game filled with real stories portraying the systemic issues of immigration. Our goal is for the players to interact with this virtual environment to understand better the world around them. We enable established empathy teaching practices in forms of play to engage players to develop this skill in their personal time.
The Innovation Fund will help us develop our business and take advantage of the expanding global market that we are entering. We have the chance to be one of the first to combine commercial entrtainment with soft skill development and staying competitive is essential.
By activating two market segments, entertainment, and serious games, Silkroad Studios has the opportunity to be at the forefront of impactful video games. The democratization of technology and knowledge on the subject has helped us and we can actively contribute to the improvement of our field with practical applications.

760.000 Project Repo, now officially called Heli.os, is an immersive third-person roguelike videogame set in a future where humanity struggles to reclaim lost knowledge. Centuries after a world-scale disaster, scattered communities survive by salvaging old-world technology. Players step into the role of the Tinker, a researcher and explorer tasked with understanding and documenting forgotten machines, unlocking their potential, and using them to reclaim what was lost.
At the heart of Heli.os is its modular component system, allowing players to collect, experiment with, and combine different mechanical parts to create unique abilities and tools. Combat is fast-paced and strategic, encouraging players to adapt their playstyle with each run. Between expeditions, the player’s knowledge is stored in an in-game journal, which they build over time by naming components, logging discoveries, and connecting clues.
Inspired by solarpunk aesthetics, Heli.os presents a vibrant, hopeful take on a post-apocalyptic world. The game’s procedurally generated biomes (from flooded urban ruins to sun-scorched deserts) offer endless variety and challenge. With a passionate community already engaged, Heli.os is more than just a game: it’s an evolving puzzle, waiting to be unraveled.
