T celler vil blive karakteriseret fra patientprøver for, at transkriptomisk og funktionelt kortlægge, hvilke ?? T celle subtyper der er til stede og har en anti-tumorogen effekt. Med denne viden vil vi teste antistofbaserede behandlinger målrettet ?? T celler for at undersøge det terapeutisk potentiale til behandling af kolorektalkræft.
