Dette projekt har til formål at forbedre og videreudvikle den eksisterende neutrofil-aktivitets ELISA biomarkør (CPa9-HNE: serum Calprotectin) ved at overfører dette assay til en lateral flow-analyse (LFA) platform for at muliggøre point-of-care testing. Målet er at øge anvendeligheden for den enkelte patient, effektivisere behandling, og derved muliggøre en personlig medicin tilgang for optimeret behandling for patienter med inflammatorisk tarmsygdom (IBD).

430.000 Idéen er at lette adgangen til nye avancerede mineralanalyser og hjælpe den globale mineral- og råstofsektor – en billion-dollar forretning – med at mindske risikoen ved datastyret beslutningstagning.
Innovationer inden for multimodal 3D-røntgenbilleddannelse kan levere ny indsigt og mere præcist forudsige de endelige værdier af råstofressourcer end 2D-dataprodukter. Den nye analyseteknologi har høje kapitalomkostninger, en barriere for kundeinvesteringer. Oprettelsen af et service- og konsulentcenter vil levere direkte værdi til kunder, der betaler pr. brug, og køre proof-of-concept-forsøg for kunder, med fremtidige muligheder for både faglærte og ufaglærte stillinger. Der er patent på en anordning, der forstærker prøven i instrumentet og bliver en del af analysen med henblik på kalibrering og reproducerbarhed samt for at øge laboratoriets gennemstrømning.
Innofounder-projektet vil give midlerne til at producere apparaterne samt den nødvendige træning og tid til at skaffe tålmodig kapital til indkøb af laboratorieinfrastruktur.
For at sætte skub i den grønne omstilling har vi brug for en sund forsyning af de rigtige råmaterialer. På trods af intens markedsefterspørgsel og lovgivningsmæssig støtte opleves der dog forsinkelser, hvilket lægger et enormt pres på mål som nettokulstofneutralitet inden 2050. Avancerede dataprodukter vil øge virksomhedernes tillid til geometallurgisk vurdering af værdier før og efter minedrift samt fremskynde beslutningstagningen.

760.000 Umami AI makes a mobile app that give game developers the power to make 3D game assets out of real world items through AI. 3D models is the biggest post on the production budget in a 187,7 B $ gaming market.
The way our app works is that you take pictures of an object with your phone and our app uses AI API's to make a 3D model with a rig, so the object can animate and be used as a game asset.
Our innovation lowers the bar for game developers all around the world and enables smaller game studios to experiment and personalise 3D game assets. We expect to create several job opportunties for 3D creators, researchers and give back to society by sharing our knowledge and technology.
With the grant from the Innovationfond we are enabled to work full-time on our idea, focus on building our product and customer knowledge and get to market within the Innofounder programme. The grant validates our idea and give us better chances at raising further funds from international VC's and angels.
Our vision is to be the go-to 3D creation tool that helps games developers do what they are best at - making creative entertainment, not doing arduous rigging and modelling work.
In the long run we hope to lower the bar for game creation as a whole so everyone can be enabled to create and share their creativity through games. But our first step is to make 3D creation easier.

2.1 mill. Enzymatisk genanvendelse af polyamider (PA), såsom PA-6, er yderst interessant, da det kan foregå under milde betingelser, og byggestenene kan repolymeriseres. Hidtidigt identificerende PA-nedbrydende enzymer er kun marginalt aktive overfor modelsubstrater. Ved anvendelse af kunstig intelligensdrevet design vil vi opbygge nye enzymer, der kan nedbryde forskellige polyamider. De bedste kandidater vil blive eksperimentelt karakteriseret og yderligere optimeret ved evolutionært og rational design.
