Ved at omdanne daglige samtaler mellem salgsrepræsentanter og sundhedspersonale til compliant, realtidsbaserede og skalerbare markedsindsigter skaber EngageRx pharmas mest kraftfulde indsigtsmotor.
I dag bruger pharma milliarder på at forstå, hvad sundhedspersonale har brug for, men traditionelle metoder er langsomme, dyre, uskalerbare og utroværdige - og ofte forældede, når informationen er indsamlet. Samtidig findes den rigeste kilde til indsigt i de hundredtusindvis af daglige samtaler, som pharma har med sundhedspersonale verden over.
Vores løsning indfanger de 99 % af datapunkter, der i dag går tabt. Med eksplicit samtykke fra sundhedspersonalet bliver hvert møde et compliant og formålsbegrænset datapunkt i et nyt datalag af kundeindsigter. Disse akkumuleres i en aggregeret visning, så pharma-teams kan identificere trends og mønstre - for at skalere det, der virker, og adressere det, der ikke virker.
