Get started with your Innobooster application

Hear how to apply for the Innobooster program and how your application is assessed.

NOTE: the event will be conducted in English if there are non-Danish speaking participants present.

If you meet the requirements for application, the first step towards getting a share of the Innobooster pool is to write a good application. Therefore, Erhvervshuset offers free and impartial advice on applying for Innobooster to you as an SME or entrepreneurial company. We do this by – in collaboration with Innovation Fund Denmark – inviting you to an Innobooster event.

Innovation Fund Denmark invests in the translation of promising ideas into new solutions that create growth and employment in Denmark, and which also contribute to solving some of society's challenges. Innobooster is the Innovation Fund's program for knowledge-based development projects in small and medium-sized Danish enterprises (SMEs) and entrepreneurial companies, and co-financing from Innobooster can help reduce your company's extraordinary risk in an innovation project.

The art of writing a good application

At the Innbooster event you can learn more about the scheme and what it takes to get an Innobooster. Innovation Officer, Marie Friis Madsen, from Innovation Fund Denmark will come and teach you the "do's and don'ts" when writing an Innobooster application. You can meet other entrepreneurs and business leaders who are also looking for capital for innovative projects. Along the way, you can get guidance from Erhvervshuset's business developers, who all have extensive experience in guiding applicants through the application process. It is possible to ask individual questions to both the business developers and Marie from Innovation Fund Denmark.

Do you meet the requirements?

Before you start your application, you must make sure that you meet the requirements to become part of the Innobooster program. You must:

• Have a CVR number.
• Have obtained a documented investment of venture capital or development grants of at least DKK 100,000 within the last 3 years… OR have obtained a documented gross profit of at least DKK 250,000 in at least one of the 3 most recent published annual accounts.
• Have an innovative development project that has not yet been initiated.
• Have a project that takes a maximum of 2 years to complete.

Target group:

The event is aimed at entrepreneurs and SMEs who have an innovation project that can create growth in revenue and who therefore want sparring on their application to Innobooster.
