430.000 Trainiant adresserer manglen på struktureret oplæring af ufaglærte pædagogmedhjælpere med en mobil mikro-læringsplatform, der leverer korte, praksisnære moduler direkte i hverdagen. Ved at integrere læring i det daglige arbejde – frem for i adskilte kurser – sikres hurtigere og mere ensartet oplæring, styrkede faglige kompetencer og bedre ressourceudnyttelse. Resultatet er højere kvalitet, øget trivsel og et tryggere miljø for børn og borgere.
Behovet er presserende: Daginstitutioner oplever stigende udfordringer, hvor 85 % af nyansatte er ufaglærte, og halvdelen forlader jobbet inden for det første år. Samtidig øges kravene til inklusion af børn med særlige behov uden tilsvarende ressourcer. Det efterlader ofte ufaglærte alene med komplekse pædagogiske opgaver og svækker kvaliteten af omsorg, læring og arbejdsmiljø.

At Connecting Grounds we up-cycle spent coffee grounds (a.k.a. coffee waste) into Coffee Base, a multifunctional food ingredient targeted to develop healthier, greener and tastier snacks and confectionery products.
We minimally treat the grounds to exploit all its health properties, including caffeine.
We focus on local collaborations in Aarhus, where we take the local coffee waste from some and transform it into a valuable resource for others. So, we not only help confectionary and snack companies with their brand image and storytelling, but we also help them connect with their customers by providing them a solution that is not only good for the planet, but also better for everyone. On the other hand, we help companies that consume high amounts of coffee waste, to repurpose the grounds which also improves their brand image by doing something good for the community.
In the team, we are two women with the passion for coffee, sustainability and making an impact in the city we live in.

1.4 mill. Projektet har til formål at få en bedre forståelse for distributionsnettet for elektricitet (lavspændingsnettet). Med flere elbiler og varmepumper og elektrificering generelt skal der investeres i nettet. Projektet ser på hvor meget der skal der investeres i forskellige scenarier og hvordan investeringerne er fordelt geografisk. Dermed bliver det også undersøgt hvordan de nuværende tariffer hænger sammen med investeringer og eksogene stød til elpriser eller tariffer påvirker nettets belastning.
