I dette projekt, udnyttes GPT til at danne sygdomsfokuserede vidensgrafer ud fra offentligt tilgængelige og in-house dataresurser hos Novo Nordisk (NN). Med disse grafer bruges avancerede graf-analytiske metoder til at hjælpe med at prioritere kandidater, vurdere sikkerhed og guide valg af assays i NNs Target Discovery Engine.

Dette projekt sigter mod at identificere og karakterisere myelin-associerede gliasubpopulationer i væv fra patienter og musemodeller. Formålet er at finde translationsmarkører, der kan forudsige myelinisering, samt undersøge effekten af nuværende og eksperimentelle farmakologiske behandlinger på disse subpopulationer for at styrke lægemiddeludvikling.
