Computational fluid dynamics og reduceret reaktionskinetik vil blive brugt til at modellere ammoniakforbrænding og samfyring af ammoniak og kulstofbrændstoffer. Målet er undersøge forbrændingsstrategier og dermed fremme design af skibsbrændere og sænke emissionerne i skibsindustrien ved at skabe nye forbrændingsløsninger.
