2.3 mill. Dette projekt udvikler en ny jetbrændemodel og valideringsdata for risikovurderinger af brandfare fra hydrogen. Formålet er at forbedre forudsigelserne af jetbrændes konsekvenser og reducere ulykker i forbindelse med brugen af hydrogen i Power-to-X (P2X) teknologi. Projektet støtter Danmarks nationale strategier for CO2-reduktion og inkluderer identifikation af risikoscenarier, eksperimenter til validering, forbedring af forudsigelsesmetoder og indarbejdelse af ny viden i risikvurderinger.

Der er dog en udbredt mangel på viden om konsekvenserne af fugttransport i træet for udvaskning af brandhæmmerne. Vi ved ikke, hvordan træets brandegenskaber ændres over tid. I dette projekt forskes i modellering af fugttransport i brandimprægneret træ og sammenhængen med udvaskning og brand, såvel på materiale- som bygningsniveau.
