En positiv voksentilblivelse samt forebyggelse af en udsat voksentilværelse kræver særlige pædagogiske tiltag, hvilket dette ph.d. projekt belyser og udvikler i samskabelse med de unge og de tilknyttede fagprofessionelle.

Dette PhD projekt vil udvikle en 3D imaging platform baseret på RNA in situ hybridisering og light sheet fluorescensmikroskopi til karakterisering af neuroinflammatoriske stadier i hele musehjerner ud fra transkriptionsniveauer, samt til evaluering af anti-inflammatoriske lægemidlers virkning. Projektet kan øge vores indsigt i de heterogene cellulære og molekylære mekanismer, der bidrager til neuroinflammation, hvilket er en underliggende faktor i flere neurodegenerative sygdomme.
