The project aims to address the significant challenges of infertility, particularly focusing on male and female infertility and the related conditions of premature ovarian failure and polycystic ovarian syndrome. The project is a collaboration between Herlev Hospital and XY Therapeutics, a company that target the RANKL signaling pathway, which shows promising potential for improving fertility outcomes. The project also includes Center for Diagnostics who will assist with the development of a companions diagnostic tool. The project builds on an already strong foundation, but will strengthen the scientific and commercial aspects of the technology significantly, by expanding the indication of RANKL inhibition for to men with severely impaired sperm production or no semen production, developing a companion diagnostic tool, and investigating the impact of RANKL modulation on female reproductive function. The project encompasses a mixture of smaller investigative clinical trials and exploratory development activities within infertility. Overall, the project holds potential to make a significant economic and societal impact by providing breakthrough solutions to individuals and couples facing the burden of infertility.

Personer med angst, synshandicappede, kørestolsbrugere m.fl., ønsker på lige fod med resten af befolkningen at besøge fysiske butikker for at handle tøj, gaver og dagligvarer. Desværre er besøget i en fysisk butik ofte forbundet med så store sociale, mentale og logistiske barrierer, at personen med handicap helt opgiver at komme afsted. Dermed går personen glip af muligheden for selvstændigt at udtrykke sin egen stil, blive inspireret og for at deltage ligeværdigt i samfundet. Det vil teamet bag Inklusiv gøre op med. Derfor udvikler de et økosystem for tilgængelig shopping, der gør det muligt for fysiske butikker, igennem Inklusiv platformen, at udbyde personlig service direkte til personer med handicap. Op imod 30% af befolkningen har et selvvurderet handicap. De deltagende butikker får altså adgang til et segment der repræsenterer en betydelig købekraft som samtidig udviser stor loyalitet. Inklusiv kan servicere de fleste typer af forretninger på detailmarkedet, herunder stormagasiner, vertikalt integrerede brands, dagligvarebutikker og storcentre. Dette marked omsatte i 2021, alene i Danmark, for 400 mia. inkl. online handel. Med udgangspunkt i det Danske marked vil Teamet bag Inklusiv anvende Innovationsfondens investering og rådgivning til, at kvalificere forretningsmodellen og platformen yderligere, Med henblik på at kunne foretage en international ekspansion Og bidrage til forbedret livskvalitet for personer med handicap, også uden for Danmark.
