760.000 FiberJoints muliggør stærkere, lettere og mere pålidelige boltesamlinger i kompositkonstruktioner gennem det patenterede forstærkningskoncept FiberJoints Patch. Løsningen adresserer et veldokumenteret problem i industrielle anvendelser af kompositmaterialer, hvor boltesamlinger ofte er dimensionerende for konstruktionens vægt, levetid og sikkerhed.
Behovet for forbedrede samlingsløsninger er stigende i takt med øget anvendelse af kompositmaterialer inden for sektorer som luftfart, droner, vindenergi, automotive, højtryksbeholdere og forsvar. Her efterspørges løsninger, der kan reducere vægt, øge bæreevne og forlænge levetid uden at øge kompleksiteten i produktionen. FiberJoints Patch integreres lokalt omkring boltesamlingen og redistribuerer belastningerne via kontinuerlige fibre, hvilket reducerer risikoen for delaminering og revnedannelse og muliggør mere effektiv materialeanvendelse.
Teknologien er udviklet og valideret gennem forskningsaktiviteter på Aalborg Universitet og er beskyttet af patent. Markedsinteressen er allerede dokumenteret gennem konkrete kundeengagementer, herunder levering af både produkter og rådgivning til et internationalt industrikonsortium, som aktuelt tester løsningen i relevante applikationer.
FiberJoints’ forretningsmodel er B2B og kombinerer standardiserede patches med designfase-rådgivning. Produktionen etableres i Danmark med skalerbar, kontinuerlig fiberfremstilling, hvilket muliggør levering i større volumen, sikrer IP-beskyttelse o
