2.1 mill. Både det adaptive og medfødte immunrespons i CNS spiller en afgørende rolle i udviklingen af autoimmune lidelser. Målrettet behandling af én eller begge systemer, på forskellige tidspunkter i sygdommen, kan transformere sygdomsforløbet. Vi vil teste denne hypotese det ved at studere biologiske korrelater i begge systemer gennem mekanistiske modeller og MS-kohorter, samt sammenligne effekten af målrettet indgriben i begge af immunsystemets mekanismer på de kliniske score af MS-modeller.
