This project will develop deep learning method for recommendation of the optimal dosage of Gadolinium-Based Contrast Agents (GBCAs) and synthesis of the expected appearance of post-contrast MRI images across diverse brain pathologies, scanners, patient populations and scanning techniques, with the aim of reducing the usage of GBCAs in MRI examinations. The developed software will comprise the backbone of a Contrast Recommendation library to-be-incorporated to Cerebriu’s MRI automation pipeline.
