New experts join Innovation Fund Denmark's expert committee

In 2026, Innovation Fund Denmark has so far welcomed 37 new members to the foundation's expert committee. They will help assess applications and contribute to promoting Danish innovation.

The members of the Innovation Fund Denmark's expert committees form the professional backbone of the foundation's assessments. The expert committees contribute to the assessment of applications in all of the foundation's programmes based on their professional expertise, sector-specific experience, knowledge of business development and commercialisation of research and knowledge-based innovation.

In 2026, the Innovation Fund's board has so far appointed a total of 37 new members to the foundation's various committees.

The new members will contribute to the assessment work in the Industrial Researcher Committee, the Panel Committee for Innobooster, the Panel Committee for Innoexplorer, the Professional Assessment Committee for Innofounder and the four thematic committees for Grand Solutions, respectively.

At the same time, there have been changes in the leadership of several of the professional committees.

The four expert committees for Grand solutions welcome a total of 10 new members across the committees.

In the panel committee for Innoexplorer, Martin Svoldgård Vesterby, who is currently the founder of MedData, has been promoted to chairperson. In addition, Christina Aabo, who is a consultant at Aabo Energy, has been promoted to deputy chairperson.
