The four ERA-NETs SusAn, FACCE ERA-GAS, ERA-NET ICT-AGRI-FOOD and SusCrop have established a joint transnational funding initiative on “circularity in mixed crop and livestock framing systems, with emphasis on greenhouse gas mitigation” coordinated by Innovation Fund Denmark (IFD) and the Danish Agriculture Agency (GUDP).
IFD can fund both Universities, GTS institutes, Hospitals, Public Organizations and Enterprises. IFD encourages Danish applicants to include a mixture of academia and user organizations or commercial partners from Denmark in the application.
IFD can fund Research and Innovation projects within the field of agricultural greenhouse gas (GHG) research, focusing on circularity in mixed crops and livestock farming systems with emphasis on climate change mitigation and adaptation.
Maximum funding budget from IFD for a Danish partner is € 300,000. If two or more Danish partners participate in a project, the maximum funding budget is € 500,000.
Eligible cost-categories for Danish partners: Salary, Travel, Subcontracting, Materials, Communication and knowledge sharing, ‘Other expenses’ and overhead.
Danish partners must decide whether they want to apply funding from either the Danish Agricultural Agency (GUDP) or IFD for each specific project. Applying for funding from both GUDP and IFD for a given project is not possible for this call.
