Call 4 is now open for applicants
A Eurostars partnership must be led by an innovative SME from a Eurostars country, but large companies, universities and research institutions can participate as partners. Read more about the eligibility criteria below. A project consortium must include a Danish SME to be eligible for funding from Innovation Fund Denmark.
Norway, Sweden, Israel, Greece, Bulgaria and Slovenia does not have public funding available for call 4. Norwegian, Swedish, Israeli, Greek, Bulgarian and Slovenian organizations can still participate as partners, but must fully self-finance their part of the project .
Eurostars is the largest international funding program for SMEs wishing to collaborate on R&D projects that create innovative products, processes or services for commercialization. Innovation Fund Denmark will fund projects that focus on 1) Green research, technological development and innovation, 2) Life science, health and welfare technology and 3) Research and innovation within new technologies.
The maximum funding amount for Danish partners in a project is a grant of 300,000 euros per Danish participant incl. overhead. If the project has more than one Danish participant, the maximum funding for all Danish partners is 500,000 euros. IFD's involvement in the call is conditioned on a sufficient budget reserved on the national budget to IFD.
