The Innovation Fund Denmark has been tasked by the Minister for Higher Education and Science to evaluate nominations for the ‘Into Innovation Award 2025’, which has been established on the Minister’s initiative and is awarded by the Minister. The purpose is to recognize a researcher, entrepreneur, or group of collaborators for their role in either founding start-ups based on research or for having played a significant role in enabling others to do so.
The nominations are assessed by experienced evaluators with solid knowledge of the Innovation Fund’s purpose and activities. Collectively, the evaluators must represent different academic domains as well as experience with the commercialization of knowledge-based innovation and/or research results. Members of the 2026 commitee will be annnounced in spring.
