e-grant is partially unavailable in July

During the period from July 6 to July 19, e-grant will only be available as a reference work. This means that you can still log in and read material in the system, but you will not be able to perform any actions during this period.

The temporary limitation is due to server replacement and software upgrades.

What does that mean to you?

During the period 6-19 July, you can still access e-grant and view the information and documents already in the system. However, you will not be able to perform tasks, submit material or make changes.

In addition, e-grant will not send automatic notifications about task starts or deadlines during the period.

Payments during the period

Scheduled disbursements with dates during the period will not be processed, while e-grant is only available as a reference. If a disbursement is affected, it will either be handled before the period or processed when the system reopens.

e-grant opens again July 20th

From July 20, e-grant is expected to function as normal again.
